Track Summary
Mathematical average for each worm:
Speed (mean and peristaltic)
Mean speed (µm/s): Includes averaging of negative values, when the worm is reversing.
Peristaltic speed (µm/s): Peristaltic track length divided by time
Straight-line distance
Shortest distance between centroids at the beginning and the end of a worm track (trajectory)
Track duration
Total time (in seconds) of contiguous tracked frames for a given worm
Turn count
Number of body bends based on the Turning Report threshold conditions defined in the Bending angle Mid-point analysis.
